Sydney + Stefan
A Fall Engagement Session
Sydney and Stefan are such an accomplished, kind, and attractive couple! They have made my job of working with them (and all of our fall weather reschedules😉) so easy! Sydney even rented a BEAUTIFUL dress from Rent the Runway for our session and boy, am I glad she did!! I am certain these two are building an amazing foundation to last them the rest of time! I can’t wait for their laid-back wedding next year, but also to watch them live out their lives together! Congratulations, you two ❣️
“Stefan and I are a dating app success! As the story goes, he was my second date on a Wednesday night. After a flop date earlier that night, I had taken myself out to dinner. There was no reason to waste a perfectly good evening on a less than perfect date! Then, there was Stefan. As the app messages start rolling in, we decide to meet at Satellite Room, a nearby bar where we both lived in D.C. The next night, date number two! On Friday, we already had scheduled dates with other people. Luckily for me, I’d somehow made a lasting impression. Come that Saturday, we began the rest of our lives.” -Sydney
“I remember feeling tired in the beginning, but for good reasons. I remember having trouble sleeping for the first few weeks because I couldn’t stop thinking about her and couldn’t wait to see her again. I also remember feeling anxious, just hoping she liked me too, and luckily for me, she did and still does. I also remember just wanting to hang out with her. I didn’t care what we had planned to do; it was fun just being together, whether we were going out to eat, going for a run, or staying in and watching a movie.” -Stefan
What do you want to remember most about this time?
“Our innocence! While our marriage is sure to present us with trials, remembering this time of innocence where we are building a foundation which will allow us to endure gives me peace of mind. It’s all about the little things: coffee together in the morning, comfortable silence before bed, silly rampages about our day, frustrations with the dog. They’re all special, and they should always be appreciated. I hope to always have the memories of this time as another first of many. While we’re committing ourselves to each other for life, our opportunities to explore new things will continue.” -Sydney
Everyone, I’d like you to meet George Bailey. 🐶 He may steal the show from here on out.
Can we check out George’s bowtie?! Mega cuteness 😍😍😍
